Belanja.com is an e-commerce website that enables users to browse and purchase products through a user-friendly frontend interface. Users can view product listings, read detailed information, and complete the purchasing process smoothly. The platform is designed to provide a responsive, fast, and comfortable shopping experience for all users. Additionally, this system was developed exclusively from the frontend perspective.
About the project
Belanja.com was built as a frontend-focused e-commerce experience. The brief was to practice the full shopping journey — landing, browsing, product details, and cart — without relying on a backend.
I focused on the details that make an online store feel trustworthy: consistent product cards, readable prices, clear calls to action, and a layout that stays usable on a small screen. Navigation is kept short so visitors can move from discovery to checkout in a few taps.
The project is built with semantic HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Working without a framework made state management and DOM updates explicit, and it strengthened the fundamentals I now use in React projects. It is a compact case study in translating a visual design into a responsive, interactive interface.
